SYNOPSIS:
This course introduces students to the more advanced features of forms
and reports in Access. It includes tasks such as manipulating controls,
using Design view, and designing advanced forms and reports. Students
will also learn how to use the editing tools.
PREREQUISITES:
Users familiar with the basics of Access who want to design custom forms
and reports.

THIS MODULE INCLUDES:
Manipulating Controls
Using, deleting, and moving controls; selecting adjacent and non-adjacent
controls; sizing a control automatically and by dragging.
Using Design View
Displaying the ruler and the field list; enabling Snap to Grid; adding
fields, labels, images, rectangles, and lines; moving part of a paired
control; aligning and spacing controls; using the toolbox; editing an
unbound control.
Using Advanced Form Design
Using forms in Design view; creating a combo box, a list box, and
an option group; setting the tab order automatically and manually; adding
a header and footer to a form.
Using Advanced Report Design
Using reports in Design view; creating a calculated control; grouping
data in a report; creating a group header and a running summary; inserting
the date, the time, and a page break; changing report margins; using the
Label Wizard.
Using Editing Tools
Changing the font name, size, and style; using the Format Painter, AutoFormat,
and the Spelling Checker; selecting objects with the toolbar; setting
AutoCorrect options; adding and deleting AutoCorrect.
