SYNOPSIS:
This course covers basic Outlook components. The student will learn how
to manage contacts, and work with tasks. The student will also learn how
to use the Journal, Notes, and online Help.
PREREQUISITES:
Users who are familiar with Windows 2000/XP and want to learn more about Outlook
components.

THIS MODULE INCLUDES:
Managing Contacts
Using Contacts, AutoName, and AutoAddress; adding, editing, dialing, sending
messages to, establishing meetings with, assigning a task to, and deleting
contacts; adding same company contacts; changing the Contacts view; printing
contacts information.
Working with Tasks
Using, adding, editing, sorting/reordering, and deleting tasks; marking
tasks as complete; assigning tasks to a user; indicating task progress;
changing the tasks view; printing tasks information.
Using the Journal
Using the Journal; adding, viewing, opening, printing, and deleting Journal
entries; setting Journal to record; changing the Journal views.
Using Notes
Using, creating, opening, printing, and deleting notes; assigning note
colors; changing the notes view.
Using Online Help
Using online Help, Help Contents, the Help Index, and Help Find; viewing
ScreenTips.
