MODULE 4 - SHARING & FINALISING PROJECT INFORMATION

SYNOPSIS:
This module covers how to finalise a project. Students will learn how to work with multiple projects and resource pools. Tasks also include reviewing workgroup and web basics and how to import and export data.

PREREQUISITES:
Project 2003 - Module 3

Half Day

THIS MODULE INCLUDES:

Finasing a Project
Marking tasks complete; Correcting actual data; Analyzing final data; Using final data in a new project; Copying task names to a new project.

Working with Resource Pools
Working with resource pools; Creating resource pools; Updating resource pools; Linking a project to a resource pool; Opening a shared file.

Importing and Exporting Data Using import/export maps; Importing and exporting data; Creating a custom import/export map; Saving a project as a database.
