Apple Mac OS X Lion for IT/Support Technicians
As a team of IT technicians, if you need to support a mixture of Apple Mac and PC users on a network, this course covers the Mac and iOS environment.  It is designed to give Help Desk Specialists an in-depth tour of the functionality of OS X Lion in order that they may confidently support users of Mac systems in their business. 

The course can be run by way of a demonstration on Mac functionality to a larger audience.  Alternatively, if more of a hands-on approach is required, we can provide the MAC equipment to support the course, enabling technicians to  troubleshoot and explore the features of OS X Lion, from installation and setting up user accounts to data management and network configuration.
