As we all know, time is money… and because time spent away from the office and any business always has an impact, it is important to ensure that this time is productive and profitable to both individual and company as a whole. There is always, therefore, the question of which course to attend or at what level.

To assist in overcoming these fundamental hurdles, prior to any training, we offer Training Needs Analysis on a number of the standard applications, in the first instance, by way of a simple form.

This form is a two-way process; for the user to:-

	Focus on the application's features relating to the most common working practices
	Assess current knowledge levels

and for us to:-

	Establish any inconsistencies and identify areas for improvement
	Form the building blocks for a training programme

Alternatively, where large groups of people are involved, we may conduct short interviews, to understand the roles involved. From this we can present a full programme of events to complement the users specific needs
